Industrial Vision(29)
Roger Schall transformed industry into a subject of artistic expression. From the crystal workshops of Saint-Louis and the glassworks of Saint-Gobain to the steelworks of Le Creusot and the Loire Valley, his photographs reveal the beauty of machines, architecture and human craftsmanship. Through bold perspectives, graphic compositions and a distinctly modern visual language, he celebrated the harmony between innovation and savoir-faire, creating some of the most compelling industrial imagery of twentieth-century France.
